Why it has bright colour ?
In the process of making it, there is a process of cleaning the sugarcane syrup which is usually done with chemicals, but in this the cleaning process is done with suklai stems or ladyfinger plant stems whichever is availabe as per the season and price. Cleaning with these stems makes it chemical free and perfect to use in tea and other recipes.

Why it is seasonable ?
It is only available in winters as without the chemicals it can't stand the heat and will melt. Normally gur which are processed through chemicals are available throughout the year.
